Cranberry Salmon

1 full-length salmon
Cranberry sauce (jellied)
Salsa
Brown sugar
Lemon juice

(Sorry I don't have specific measures; I usually just mix until it tastes right. I'm sure any combination would be good.) Line a sided baking sheet with foil. Place salmon on sheet. Sprinkle with Wondra if preferred. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, then spread sauce on top and bake about 10 minutes more.

What is Wondra?

It's sort of like a very fine flour. It comes in a blue shaker jar, similar to processed parmesan cheese. You can use it to thicken gravy, etc. In this case, it just makes a very slight crust on the fish.

We tried this last night and it was yummy...although I would like a gestimate of your measurements because I had no idea was it was supposed to taste like.

I honestly don't know that I could even tell you. Seems like it's most of a can of cranberry sauce to maybe 1/3 to 1/2 the jar of salsa. As for the brown sugar and lemon juice -- to taste. I really have no actual recipe here -- I just mixed stuff up one day and liked what I ended up with. Do the same!
