Smoothies

Power Smoothie
Macy Mauerman

1/2 cup oatmeal (cook in the microwave with water for 50 sec.)
1 1/2 cups of ice
6 oz milk
1 big tbsp of peanut butter
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

Great for after a work out- to give your body some rebuilding power!


Banana Split

1 Banana
1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp whey powder (Natural or Vanilla)
6 cups crushed ice
